Some friends and I are very interested by this program, we discovered it a couple of weeks ago. Sadly we have not yet passed our TOEFL test (we are from France) and thus are unable to provide the necessary information for the application; although we all have a good English level. Is it possible to apply and give the test results later? or do we have to wait until next year?
