					<description><![CDATA[The most interesting part is that they mention that the prison system doesn&#039;t have the time to determine if a game is violent or not.  If only there were some sort of rating system in place that would go ahead and rating the games for them.  Oh wait... there is.  Ignoring the very plausible fact that they just didn&#039;t want games of any kind, it seems that the rating system could use some publicity to make people aware of it.]]></description>
